Daniele is a singer-songwriter currently based in New York.
Originally from Torino, Italy, he moved to the United States in 2009 to pursue his music studies and career.
As a scholarship recipient, thanks to the support and recommendation of Grammy Award nominated singer, songwriter and educator Donna McElroy, he realized his dream to attend the illustrious Berklee College of Music in Boston, graduating Summa Cum Laude with a Major in Performance.
After a collaboration with his first mentor, the renown producer and musical director Michael Baker, Daniele worked to develop new and inspiring collaborations as a songwriter and performer at Berklee.
This experience led to the inception of his debut album, Prelude to your love, featuring three arrangements by Boston Music Award and ASCAP award winner Omar Thomas, a duet record with Donna McElroy, three vocal arrangements by Reverence Gospel Ensemble director and organist Dennis Montgomery III, an arrangement by Herb Alpert Young Jazz Composer awardee Lorenzo Carrano and a duet with Songwriters Hall of Fame honoree, singer-songwriter Monica Cialona.
After a beginning performance with Boston Music Award artist Shea Rose, his debut concert in Boston featured the talented NEC Gospel Excellence Music Award winner, vocalist and pianist Jerome Kyles and a surprise guest performance by #1 Itunes Jazz artist, producer and songwriter Mike 'MRF' Flanagan.
The release of his album is preceded by its first single Free from Fear.
Produced by the talented artistic director, multi-instrumentalist Cristina Valente, assisted by Monica Cialona for the vocal production, mixed and mastered by Grammy nominated engineer Jonathan Wyner, the project features a multifaceted ensemble of gifted musicians, comprising Seojin Baek on piano, Shawn Dustin on drums, Mark Minoogian on bass, Cole Shuster on guitar, Nikko Ielasi on keyboards; Débo Ray, Josi Smallwood and Mark Joseph on background vocals, Syl Dubenion on alto sax, Josh Shpak on trumpet, Calvin Barthel on trombone.
Prelude to your love describes a spiritual journey in a diversity of genres and styles, encompassing in eight original compositions pop, r’n’b, jazz and gospel.
Daniele is currently promoting his album in the "Prelude to your love" live tour with concerts in Italy and New York.
